Eyelashes and brow appointments can be booked online or through LBK via text or email. If you do not book online you will still be required to pay a deposit in order to secure your appointment. Thanks.

Booking policy

Lashes by Katie, Wilmslow operates a strict booking policy to help you secure your next appointment, to prevent double- bookings and to give everyone peace of mind.

When you book an appointment there is a non-refundable £15 deposit payable on booking which will be deducted from your service price on the day. If you cancel or rearrange on the day of your appointment, payment must be made in full.

NEW POLICY : If you require an appointment that is out of LBK core working hours for example:

Bank Holiday, Sundays, Saturday mornings or evenings other than Tuesday and Thursday this may be possible if there is availability and at a 50% extra charge to the standard service cost. Please enquire to book an out of hours appointment.

LBK reserves the right to cancel any appointment where a deposit has not been paid and a patch test not attended or to remove clients from the client list if there is a conflict of interest.

Any relevant information that you may volunteer in the course of explaining your requirements. This may have be provided by you either orally or in writing. If provided orally, we may make a note of the content of the discussion and your instructions for future reference.

We may contact you from time to time with information about Lashes by Katie promotions that may be of interest to you.
